* is a lighter, an uchiwa, a super eight film, a magazine that dreams of becoming a book, a chocolate bar, a warm cup of tea, a movie ticket, and a museum ticket. A space with elastic thoughts, like a gum, that are warmly embraced by a coral visual language, fragmented through different accents and shapes

"Stay Home" was a global message that quickly spread throughout society in 2020, thanks to various media and formats. It was communicated on news channels, reality shows, soccer games, and even in on-air announcements from some noble political candidates, who delivered their messages on television.
This scenario spread to the general public, particularly to young people, who were often the weak link in resisting the temptation to disobey authorities. This is where the question arose about whether what they say—that young people can be of any age—is accurate. So, we couldn't let these disobedient grandparents escape us, as they are the ones who truly know about youth and enjoying life.
I remember spending much of the day and week stuck in our homes, working while the world was sick. Our only outing, if we didn't have a dog to walk, was to go to the supermarket.I liked to go there, but for some reason, I always forgot to bring a cloth bag or a recyclable bag, and, feeling guilty, I ended up buying plastic bags there.
As a twist of fate, around that time, news also began to circulate that Thailand would ban the use of plastic bags forever. Naturally, I joined in, but from Buenos Aires. I began searching for alternative options to serve as a shopping basket and ultimately documented my findings.

The COVID pandemic not only prompted us to reflect but also provided additional time to create and develop graphics that illustrated our experiences during that period. Some of these graphics were shared by CAM, the COVID Art Museum, and the Dutch agency Kesselskramer in their Logo Gallery.

Two desires and thoughts blossomed within me as I made this. First, my fascination with the mosaic stained-glass windows I often see in Gothic churches. This translucent material evokes a "miracle" every time I see light pass through it. Something I quickly related to when I thought of the church where the owners of the Kesselskramer Agency had bought to build their main office in Amsterdam. And second, I wondered if a logo could avoid being typographic.

I appreciate documentaries because they try to give voice to reality. Kieślowski used to say he made films “to talk to people.” That's not the case with these videos, but the intention is. The intention is to talk to someone, learn about their life, and share a glass of wine.

These were some of the jobs I did during my early days as an Art Director in advertising agencies. It was a great time because it was when I was most carefree and naive, and that's where I met many of my friends.

I'm aware that one can't create something completely new from scratch. One is always in constant dialogue with what was. We are connected to and influenced by our history and everything that came before or preceded us.

One of my childhood memories is spending nights with my mother, who used to cut scraps of fabric to design dresses. Of course, I was there, restless and stealing her scissors whenever she wasn't looking. It was also from those nights that my love of coffee was born.

I've always had a good relationship with simple, basic objects. There's something about them that takes me back to the past. Remo Bodei says they are "knots of relationships with the lives of others, circles of continuity between generations, bridges that connect individual and collective histories."

This is one of the many things that have been born by mistake. Because the paper was improperly secured with tape. When it was removed, it tore and created that textured line. The rest is just a game.

"Dondurma" (traditional Turkish ice cream) is a photo taken at a fair in Hiroshima, Japan. I personally don't like this type of ice cream, but it's well worth it to buy one and be fooled by the seller over and over again.

Many of the images still etched in my memory are moments of enjoyment and contemplation. Others, I've tried to capture in writing in my journal. And only a few, if I'm lucky enough to have been in the right place, have I been able to use my camera.
